The Music Program at Bossier Parish Community College will present a Guest Artist Series recital featuring Cain Budds on classical guitar on Wednesday, October 5 at 3:30 pm in the Stephen W. Slaughter Theatre (Building C). This recital is free and open to the public. Dr. Cain Budds and Dr. Luther Enloe will be sharing a concert on September 20th at 7:30PM at Nunemaker Hall.

Budds will be playing works from the Baroque Era and the 20th century including pieces by Carlos Chavez from Mexico, Leo Brouwer from Cuba and Federico Torroba from Spain.

Enloe will be playing music from the United States and Brazil. Selections from the U.S. include works by John Anthony Lennon and Montana based guitarist-composer Stuart Webber. Brazil will be represented by the famed composer Heitor Villa-Lobos.
